Owner and operator

VentureMason, BrandComplete, and LaunchComplete are proprietary platforms owned and operated by Fore Publishing LLC.

Fore Publishing LLC is the legal entity responsible for operating venturemason.com and offering VentureMason's BrandComplete and LaunchComplete products.

Purchases and service questions

Product descriptions, prices, deliverables, and purchase terms presented on VentureMason and during checkout apply to the applicable purchase. Additional answers about product access, personalized generation, project files, and refunds are available in the VentureMason FAQ.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation and a full refund before the applicable personalized generation process begins. Once generation begins, the purchase is generally nonrefundable because personalized digital work and computing resources have been committed. Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, an unresolved technical failure that prevents VentureMason from delivering the purchased package, or where applicable law requires a refund. Creative preferences or dissatisfaction with subjective output alone do not entitle a customer to a refund.
